Decision on Najib, Arul Kanda's 1MDB audit report tampering case on Jan 30

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 15 — The High Court here has fixed January 30 next year to decide whether former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and former 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) chief executive officer Arul Kanda Kandasamy will be acquitted or ordered to enter their defence on the audit tampering case.
